This residence is a seamless blend of Mid-Century Modern and Industrial design styles, with textures, materials and colours working in harmony. Designed for a young active family, this stunning double story brick veneer home is elegant yet relaxed with its large open plan spaces flowing seamlessly from indoors to outdoors. The residence is in Bushfire Flame Zone, it is the highest level of attack and is usually when a site backs directly onto this bush, surrounded by bushland. It needed special consideration in the design of certain construction elements, our dedicated trades showed their skills on this site.
